Sexual Health Basics

Get Tested Regularly

If you are sexually active with new partners, aim to get tested every 3-6 months. Many STIs have no symptoms. Knowing your status is sexy.

Barrier Methods

Condoms and dental dams are your best defense against STIs. Use them correctly every single time. Keep them stored in a cool, dry place (not your wallet).

PrEP and PEP

If you are at higher risk for HIV, ask your doctor about PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis). If you think you've been exposed recently, ask about PEP (Post-Exposure Prophylaxis) immediately (within 72 hours).
